Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and TriBoard ("TriBoard", "we", "us" or "our") covering your use of triboard.app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at michailp.au@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions, trial and billing

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial.
  • After the trial, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price displayed at signup (in AUD unless otherwise stated, inclusive of GST where applicable).
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

4. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Service repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Outside these statutory rights, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the training, wellness and race data you enter. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Health disclaimer

TriBoard is a training journal, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting, changing or stopping a training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.

8. Third-party integrations

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as Strava and Wahoo). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including sections 4, 6, 7 and 10) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
